Fixed cost projects
To effectively implement its solutions, AlignSync utilizes a five
phase solution approach – Discover and Design
(Understanding Business and IT needs), Implement
(Implementing tools and processes), and Manage and
Improve (assuring Business and Quality management). A
training element is included to assist clients with evaluating and
understanding how to interpret the information collected from
the process and make business decisions to provide a
continuous improvement cycle. The methodology is supported
by customized tools, and adaptable, defined ITIL service
management and support processes, created to ensure rapid,
efficient engagements that measurably provide customer
value. Each phase is instrumented to provide data for
monitoring and managing performance quality during each
engagement. To enable and ensure Continuous Improvement,
the foundation element for the AlignSync Methodology, the
performance data from each engagement is aggregated into a
performance database that is periodically analyzed for
potential incremental and breakthrough improvements of
AlignSync’s methodology, operational processes, tools, and
