History
AlignSync, LLC is a solution provider that specializes in assisting organizations to align, manage, and report IT business
services delivery performance based on business strategic and operational objectives, requirements, needs, and desired
outcomes. AlignSync delivers its service solutions through tightly focused engagements that quickly provide impact through
the use of its own proprietary methodology (Discover, Design, Implement, Manage and Improve), tools, and adaptable,
defined ITIL service management and support processes.

Founded in 2005, AlignSync’s Team is made up of successful, seasoned professionals who are each highly skilled in
multiple disciplines encompassing the assess, design, build, deploy, operate, report, continuously improve, and manage
complex IT Infrastructure Solutions. AlignSync’s Leadership brings experience in this space, and have developed a proven
methodology, built the supporting tools, designed ITIL operational processes, and deployed them to numerous customers
who continue to use them to manage and continuously improve their IT infrastructures’ performance by efficiently and
cost-effectively delivering business services.

Strategy
