ITIL Management
The industry has heard the term ITIL for many years. In Europe, Asia, etc., ITIL has become the industry standard, and most companies have implemented ITIL best practices is many areas of their business and continue to invest in the principles. In the United States, awareness and adoption has come more slowly. The primary obstacle holding back adoption is an understanding of how ITIL impacts the business (not just IT).

Executive Offering
At the Executive Level, the initial reaction is that ITIL insures processes within IT, but it is not fully understood what value and financial return these processes will pay back into the company. Through a half day or full day executive session, executives will be coached on ITIL practices and their value to the company. The morning session focuses on ITIL concepts and terminology, and why it brings value to the company. In the afternoon the CIO and his/her direct reports will identify more specifically how ITIL can bring significant value to their organization and the lines of business they support.
Management Offering
Once there is Executive Support, workshops are offered to assist first and second line management with information collection and planning to design ITIL processes into their operation.
Operational Offering
Training and certification classes are available for the clients’ technical team to become certified on ITIL and build those processes within their organization.
Professional Services Offering
Consulting is also offered for those would need experienced resources to assist in building the ITIL processes within their organization. Consulting also offers a neutral option where several organizations are trying to come together with unique and different approaches and ideas.
