The methodology is supported by customized tools, and adaptable, defined ITIL service management and support processes, created to ensure rapid, efficient engagements that measurably provide customer value. Each phase is instrumented to provide data for monitoring and managing performance quality during each engagement. To enable and ensure Continuous Improvement, the foundation element for the AlignSync Methodology, the performance data from each engagement is aggregated into a performance database that is periodically analyzed for potential incremental and breakthrough improvements of AlignSync’s methodology, operational processes, tools, and resources
